OraCore AI grants the practice listed above complimentary access to OraCore Scribe during the beta period in exchange for the practice's participation as described below. No payment is required while this agreement is in effect.

Regardless of the participation path selected above, both parties acknowledge that the goal of this beta program is a long-term partnership. The practice intends to evaluate OraCore Scribe for ongoing paid use, and OraCore intends to build a product worth paying for.
This section creates no financial obligation on either party.

This does not restrict the practice from sharing its general experience with OraCore Scribe — only non-public information about the product itself.
This agreement covers the beta period, which begins on the date signed below. OraCore may extend or conclude the beta program with 30 days' written notice. At the conclusion of the beta period, continued access will require a paid subscription.
This document represents a good-faith commitment between both parties — not a formal legal contract. Either party may withdraw from this agreement with written notice. OraCore reserves the right to adjust beta program terms with reasonable notice.
