Brad Hutchison
Brad is a repeat founder and operator with a career grounded in dentistry, UX design, and enterprise-scale product leadership. He played a key role in building and scaling a multi-location dental group in the Denver market — giving him firsthand experience with the operational complexity and downstream impact that systems have on both clinicians and patients. In parallel, he spent years leading product, design, and development teams across early-stage companies through Fortune 100 organizations. Working inside dental practices revealed a consistent pattern: burnout, inefficiency, and revenue leakage weren’t the result of effort or skill, but of poorly designed systems forcing humans to bridge gaps between disconnected tools — often at the expense of the care team and the patient. That insight became the foundation for OraCore AI. As CEO, Brad leads product vision, strategy, and go-to-market with a focus on workflow integrity, patient-centered design, and trust. He started Dental AI Weekly because the dental AI conversation was happening in DSO boardrooms and trade press — not with the people actually delivering care.
