What does OraCore read from my PMS?
Scribe Pro connects to your PMS with read and write access. Every note starts with patient details and insurance coverage, appointment details such as provider, operatory and appointment type, and the patient’s treatment and clinical history. What’s available varies by system.
How long does setup take?
Server systems connect after a short installer run by your IT or a scheduled session with an integration engineer. Cloud systems connect after you create one dedicated user. We plan the timing with you during the demo.
How do approved notes get into the chart?
Your clinician reviews and approves each note in OraCore, then copies it into the patient’s chart. This is the same on every plan, in any PMS.
