Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains subscription cancellation and refund rules for OraCore AI, LLC (“OraCore AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy applies to all subscriptions to our software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”).

1. Subscriptions & Billing
OraCore AI offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for eligible users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged immediately upon trial expiration. Failure to cancel before the end of the trial period results in billing, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access through the end of the paid term.
Cancellations must be made through the dashboard. Email cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be processed.
4. No-Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy. We do not provide refunds for:
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Unused time within a billing cycle
- Partial monthly usage
- Downgrades during a billing period
- Promotional or discounted plans
5. 3-Day Renewal Grace Period
OraCore AI may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund if:
- A cancellation request is made within three (3) days of an automatic renewal charge; and
- The account has not been accessed or used after the renewal charge.
Eligibility for a grace-period refund is determined solely by OraCore AI based on account activity records. Evidence of usage after renewal disqualifies the request.
6. Annual Plan Cancellation & Proration
Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time. If canceled before the end of the annual term:
- The subscription will be recalculated based on the equivalent standard monthly rate for the number of months used.
- The difference between the amount paid annually and the recalculated total will be refunded (if any).
- If the recalculated total equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be issued.
7. Termination for Violations
If OraCore AI terminates an account due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued, including for annual plans.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree to contact us at legal@oracoreai.com before initiating any charge dispute or chargeback. Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of subscription agreement and usage activity.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
