OraCore provides AI-powered tools for dental practices, including but not limited to clinical note transcription, analytics, and communication support.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You agree not to share login credentials or misuse the Services
Subscriptions & Payments
- Some Services require a paid subscription
- Fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Upload harmful code or disrupt functionality
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
Intellectual Property
OraCore owns all rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including software, content, and trademarks. Users retain rights to their own practice data.
Confidentiality & Data
You retain ownership of all patient and practice data. By using the Services, you grant OraCore a limited license to process data solely for delivering the Services.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. OraCore does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OraCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time.
