Does OraCore understand pediatric-specific terminology and CDT codes?

Yes. OraCore is trained on dental clinical language, including pediatric-specific terms, restorative codes for primary dentition, and preventive coding. It’s not a generic medical scribe adapted for dental — it was built dental-first.

What about HIPAA? Are my patients’ conversations being stored?

OraCore operates under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Audio is securely stored with PII removed — it is never retained in identifiable form or used for training. Your patient data stays in your PMS where it belongs.
